Delivery

UK: Purchases are delivered freepost including insurance, handling and taxes where applicable.

INTERNATIONAL: We are happy to ship worldwide and international delivery costs are calculated at checkout by entering your postcode/zipcode into the shipping rates calculator. We will send you a tracking number in the shipping notification email once your order is processed. If your shipping rates are not calculated please email us at customerservice@lunanightwear.com and we will endeavour to fulfil your order.

Please note: During any sale time, including but not limited too January sale, summer sale, Black Friday etc, your items will be wrapped in branded tissue paper and deliver in a Jiffy bag. If you would like gift box it will be an additional charge.

Taxes & Duties

International delivery import duties, taxes and handling charges are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery where applicable. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs. Please be aware orders outside the EU may be subject to customs inspection which could delay delivery. (This information is subject to change based on the outcome of Brexit.)

How soon will my order arrive?

At Luna Nightwear we are proud of being a small brand.  We will always aim to dispatch your order the same working day (if placed before 12pm) or the next working day. If you have questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us on customerservice@lunanightwear.com

Returns Policy

Please note that hairbands/scrunchies, sleeping masks and pillowcases are not returnable or exchangeable as they are deemed a personal item.

We hope you love all the items you receive, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please follow the below return policy steps. 

  1. Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and all tags/labels/security ribbons are not cut and are in original condition* and original packaging and within a 14 days period after delivery. Otherwise this is deemed as expired and you will have to keep the product.

  2. Contact our Customer Services via customerservice@lunanightwear.com for a returns shipping address form.

  3. Fill out the form details including your order number, name, and the reason for your return.

  4. Pack your returns order in original Luna Nightwear packaging including the returns slip and send back to us. This at at your own cost and we would recommend you track and insure items.

  5. If your order was placed using a debit card, credit card or PayPal account the card/account will be refunded upon receipt of your return usually up to 5 working days.

Exchanges

Currently Luna Nightwear does not offer an exchange service.

Damaged/faulty/ wrong item received

We strive to ensure that our garments are of the highest quality and reach you in excellent condition, please accept our sincere apologies if you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item. Please contact us at customerservice@lunanightwear.com with a photo of the damage/wrong item and your order number, detailing what the fault is. We’ll take care of the rest.

*Unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in sellable condition. Any products which are returned damaged or not in their original condition will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the items(s) while they are in your possession.
