Terms and Conditions: Instagram Competition & Giveaway to Win 1 Pair of Classic Pyjamas of Your Colour Choice. Friday 22nd January – Friday 29th January 2021.

1.       Competition is open worldwide, aged 18 years and above, excluding employees and their immediate families of Luna Nightwear Ltd, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2.       To participate, entrants must:

Ø  Like this photo,

Ø  Tag 3 friends in the comments,

Ø  Share on your story under the giveaway post on the @luna_nightwear Instagram page posted on the 22/01/21.

3.       Maximum of 5 entries per person. Bulk entries of more than 5 or entries from third parties will be excluded.

4.       Promotion period opens at 18.00 on 22/01/21 and closes at 21.00 on 29/01/21.

5.       The prize will take the form of 1 x pair of Classic Luna Nightwear Party Pyjamas in the winner’s choice of colour (Navy, Black or White) and includes delivery to one address worldwide.

6.       The winner will be selected at random and will be direct messaged by @luna_nightwear only, on 01/02/21. The winner will need to respond to @luna_nightwear’s direct message with their full name and delivery address to claim their prize. The winner will need to be able to take photos in the product and send images across for use across Luna Nightwear Ltd social pages.

7.       If the winner does not respond to the DM within 48 hours they will no longer be entitled to their prize and a new winner will be chosen.

8.       Prize is to be taken as stated. There are no alternatives. The promotor excepts no responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

9.       All data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection legislation and we will not use your details, or pass them on to a third party, without your consent, except for the purposes of this promotion.

10.   By entering this promotion all entrants agree unequivocally to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11.   Northern Ireland law shall govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.
